How long will it take for me to learn how to use this product?
This can vary depending on your previous knowledge. I suggest you follow along with my video tutorials on how to import and get started with The Digital Life Planner (Don't worry, they are all short and sweet). In less than 20 minutes you should be able to get started. Slowly you'll learn the more advanced features. When you use it over time all the features in the app become apparent.
Will this planner work with my iPad? Will this planner work with my Android Tablet?
The planner should work with most current Android Tablets and Apple iPads, however I cannot guarantee it will work with all devices as I have not tested all of them.
Your device needs to be able to install the premium app Noteshelf. You can test whether your tablet is compatible by trying to install Noteshelf from Google Play Store or App Store prior to purchasing the Digital Life Planner.
I've personally tested this planner with the iPad, the Ipad Pro and the Samsung Galaxy S7.
Will this planner work with my Windows tablet?
No, the Digital Life Planner won't work in your Windows tablet because you're unable to install Noteshelf on your device.
Do I have to use the Noteshelf app? Does it work with other apps?
No, you don't necessarily need to use Noteshelf. I recommend Noteshelf for beginners because it has a very simple and intuitive interface, plus it is available for both iOS and Android.
The planner will work with most PDF annotation apps. If you are able to download the annotation app to your device you should, in theory, be able to use this planner with that app.
I have personally tested this planner with Noteshelf, GoodNotes, Notability, ZoomNotes and Xodo, so if you use any of these you're good to go.

Do I need to PAY for an app to use the Digital Life Planner?
Yes, I recommend using Noteshelf which is a premium app with an one-time purchase of under $10 for the iPad or Tablet app.
Does the Digital Life Planner sync with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar or iCal?
No, the Digital Life Planner does not automatically sync with online calendars. The way I use is to copy and paste appointment to the planner. The appointments are imported as text.
Do I have access to updated versions of the Digital Life Planner?
Yes, you'll have access to updated versions of the Digital Life Planner file. The planner is undated and can be used year after year as it stands, but any improvement updates I make in the future will be made available to you too.
Do you offer refunds?
As mentioned above, there are NO refunds for the Digital Life Planner. I've done my very best to display exactly what you get. If you don't like what you see, this isn't the right product for you.
